Loaiza Returns to White Sox

0

You know the White Sox must have been desperate for relief/starting pitching if they signed Esteban Loaiza, but at least they got a deal: $390,000 for the rest of the season. Ken Williams is probably hoping for the good ol’ days of 2003 when Loaiza was a 21 game winner.

The Dodgers, of course, had to eat the remainder of Loaiza’s contract for 2008…$7.3 million, minus what the Sox gave him. Great job, Ned.
