Is it just me or does it seem like the Dodgers and Phillies are destined to meet again in the postseason? The top two records in the league, baby! Last night’s game was awesome…gotta love Broxton’s continued excellence and Ethier’s clutch walk-off double, scoring two. Ok, on to today! Here are a few fun facts about the team’s outstanding performance (courtesy of the Dodgers’ press notes):

- The Dodgers have the #1 winning percentage in baseball at .667 (Phillies are #2)
- The Dodgers have scored the most runs with 300 (Phillies are #2)

- Matt Kemp has a 10-game hitting streak and 13 stolen bases (tied for 2nd in the NL)
- Today marks the 16th consecutive game day…this team needs a break and will get one after tomorrow night’s ESPN game
Today’s a day game on FOX, followed by Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN tomorrow. Something tells me we’ll see these Phillies again in the postseason…
