Dodgers See Largest Lead in NL West So Far This Year

Who would have thought the Dodgers had it in them – winning 10 of their last eleven and capitalizing on the D-Backs slide into mediocrity???

The Dodgers beat SD tonight and extended their lead in the NL West to 3.5 games as Arizona lost to SF.

Of particular note was Derek Lowe (13-11) who allowed only three hits and one run in 5 1/3 innings before leaving the game in the sixth after being hit on the right leg by Kevin Kouzmanoff.
