Halladay would be a great addition to the team, but of course, I fear the asking price would be too high...there's no way I'd want to trade Kershaw (the most common name coming up in trade rumors) and the experience Martin has with the pitching staff (not to mention I think his bat will come around the 2nd half of the season)...

Do the Dodgers have enough in the Minor League system to trade?...do they send cash as part of the deal to get someone that will (1) anchor the starting rotation and (2) eat up innings so we don't wear down our bullpen?

Luckily I've never felt more comfortable with any gm than I do with ned colletti I'm very confident he'll do the right thing its hard when you have a team full of players so good that they can't find a place for pierre who would be a starting guy for most other teams.. Hard to say if anything's really worth losing right now with how successful we've been. What happened to "if it aint broke don't fix it"?

I agree! It makes more sense if they would trade Pierre and a prospect or if the Jays need pitching (not following Toronto at all) get a third party involved! Colleti I'm sure is working on it! WE NEED PITCHING!
